The Law Offices of Rodney Nosratabadi is a full service Criminal Defense Law Firm that prides itself in providing quality criminal defense representation instead of quantity. Every case is important to us. Irrespective of whether it is an infraction, a misdemeanor, a felony, DUI or a life case, the attorney-client contact comes first.  “Our number one priority is your defense and keeping you out of jail.”

We will familiarize you with the manner in which criminal proceedings take place and try to answer all your questions and address your concerns. We are available to you day and night, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Having appeared before almost every court in Southern California, Mr. Nosratabadi is familiar with and has established relations with both the Courts as well as the District Attorney’s Office. Our office is available to serve you in the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside.  Mr. Nosratabadi is experienced in handling simple infractions like traffic citations and reckless driving, DMV Hearings, Juvenile matters, misdemeanors like possession of drugs, assault, battery, domestic violence, drunk driving, and serious felonies like drug trafficking, burglary, robbery, child abuse, child molestation, attempted murder, three strikes cases, and life sentences.

Mr. Nosratabadi is experienced in both State and Federal Criminal defense and will work with you to present your case in the light most favorable to you. We will do everything to defend both your Federal and your State Constitutional rights.

As an experienced criminal defense attorney, I have been involved in all aspects of Criminal Defense, Juvenile Criminal Defense, and Juvenile Dependency Defense. I have litigated both State and Federal Criminal Matters. In 2002, I clerked with the Orange County Superior Court, Central District and drafted advisory opinions for the judiciary. In 2003, I served on the Child Abuse and Neglect Task Force.

I approach every case with the presumption that you are innocent. My mission is to familiarize you with the California Justice System. At the initial consultation, I will inform about the offenses you’ve been charged with, your exposure and the possible consequences and outcome of your case. I pledge to address all of your questions and concerns and defend you like a family member rather than just a name and number. I have firsthand knowledge of the stress legal matters can cause for my clients and their loved ones. Specific experience: Our firm has handled many criminal cases ranging from Murder cases to Infractions. We are very aggressive attorneys and are not afraid to take matters to trial and do what’s in our clients’ best interest. We recently represented a client charged with First Degree residential burglary with an enhancement because there was a victim in the bedroom at the time. The case was dismissed after a preliminary hearing.

However, our attorneys have been practicing law for more than 20 years and we have run across many different types of cases ranging from Felony Animal abuse cases to Driving on a suspended or Revoked license charges. This was a federal level drug case that I was able to have the charges dropped on.
