Rodney is the man!!! I was facing up to a couple years in jail and losing my license for at least a year and Rodney assured me that everything was going to be ok, and that I would never do time. I honestly didn’t believe him and had heard that song and dance before. I was found not guilty by all 12 jury members on all counts. He was very energetic and animated, and also very professional at the same time!!! If you need a good lawyer that you can trust Rodney is the man!!! I thought for sure I was wasting my money and had no case but Rodney proved me wrong!!!

I was facing almost 8 years in prison because I had a strike. Rodney Nosratabadi took the case to trial. 6 Police Officers testified against me. My lawyer destroyed them on the stand. He asked great questions from the first officer, then asked even better questions from the other 5 cops. He caught them in so many different lies on multiple occasions. His last argument lasted more than 45 minutes. He did a great recap of the lies told by the police. He pointed out each and every single lie that the officers uttered to the jury. I knew that I had made the right choice by choosing this lawyer. He was recommended by two other lawyers. He told me that I had a great case--and I believed in him. Rodney Saved My Life

After being falsely accused of a sex crime, I had no idea what to do. I had never been in trouble with the police before, so when two LAPD Detectives came knocking on my door and calling my phone I was completely out of my element. I decided I need to hire a lawyer. I spoke to a few via telephone but the first few did not impress me. 

Rodney left a very informative voicemail with clear direction on what to do and what NOT to do. It was then I knew I needed to hire him. Luckily, I was never charged with a crime, and thanks to him NEVER had to talk to the detectives. Rodney was very straight forward with me and told me what I NEEDED to hear and not what I wanted to hear. Dismissed my DUI case! Could not be more pleased!

Amazing guy, never stopped fighting for my case. Where other lawyers would settle or try to finish the case early, he went the extra mile and kept pushing for dismissal for months and months. Finally when the trial was about to come to fruition (which he was fully prepared to go to - something not all lawyers are keen on), he called me to tell me the case was dismissed. I never once went to court, never had to deal with any police after being initially pulled over. If you want to win your criminal case, contact Rodney. Trespassing

I was given contaminated bread that was filled with weed and I began to hallucinate. I was arrested for trespassing with 3 different witnesses seeing me enter 3 different homes. I went to Rodney for help and he made me feel very comfortable from the start and was very confident that he can help me with my case. I was charged with battery which was later bumped up to domestic violence. When I went to court, the public defender told me that I'd have to do community service, and a year of anger management & domestic violence classes.

The police officer testified that she saw me reach into my pocket and was afraid for her safety. Then Mr. Nosratabadi played a videotape that indicated otherwise. Mr. Nosratabadi showed to the court that the officer lied under oath and the judge dismissed my case.

My wife and I had an argument, and I was arrested for Domestic Violence. They issued a restraining order against me, and I couldn’t see, or talk to my wife. A friend recommended Rodney to me. 3 days later, we went to court together. He changed the restraining order so that I could see my wife. I had to leave the country the next day. He told the judge about my travel requirements, and the judge released me on OR. He then told me that the prosecution has a weak case. We set the case for trial. And he got the case dismissed at trial.

I Got Arrested For Being Drunk and Assaulting a Police Officer

I passed out after drinking my fill. A cop found me on someone’s lawn, and beat me black and blue. Then he busted me for being drunk, assault, and trespassing. I retained Reza Khanjan. He took my case to trial. It took two weeks. He convinced the jury that the cop was an MMA fighter, and that he had hit me first. He asked so many questions from the cop that totally showed that he had started the fight. The jury found me NOT GUILTY on all charges. They didn’t even find me guilty of trespassing. It was He laid it all out for another lawyer to sue the police department.

Walked Away After the Cops Found 2 Pounds of Drugs in My Car

My case was filed in 2016. I had the public defender then. They told me to take the 6 month plea. I told them that I that wasn’t right. I hired Mr. Nosratabadi. From day one, Mr. Nosratabadi knew that there was something fishy with my case. He filed a motion to get the ID of the informant. Then he got a bunch of paperwork from the court that showed the cops were lying. He caught the cops lying a lot in court. The lawyer for the cops didn’t want to give us the video evidence, but Rodney filed a motion, and got a copy of the video that showed the cop was lying through his teeth. He got the case dismissed.

Dismissed My Marijuana DUI Dismissed At Trial

I ran a stoplight, and a cop pulled me over. He said that I was under the influence of Marijuana. He told me to do a bunch of tests. I did everything, but he arrested me anyway. A nurse took my blood, and the police kept me there for a day. The next day, I hired Rodney. He went to court for me, and told me that I got a great case. He told me to hire an expert to win my case. At first, I didn’t want to pay that much money for the expert, but when Rodney reassured me that we would win, I paid the expert. He prepared both the toxicologist, and me for trial. I spent hours in his office. Never thought an attorney would take that much time to prepare me, but he did. We went to trial, and he got the case dismissed. He’s a professional, and he truly cares for his clients.
